Hatha Yoga: yogic exercises that combine postures which force the mind to withdraw from the outside world while controlling the breath.

Little Yogi

Little Yogi is a class developed for toddlers ages 12 months to 3 years along with a parent or caregiver. Little Yogi was developed to be a fun and exciting way to introduce yoga poses to our little ones. In this class our “Little Yogi” will:

  • Demonstrate some traditional yoga poses along with the adult,
  • Play games with using poses learned,
  • Practice balance and coordination,
  • Build friendships and strengthen the bond with the parent.

“Little Yogi’s” with lots of energy are supported to express themselves through the movements. Adults will participate with the toddler in most of the activities. All fitness levels are welcome.

Gentle Yoga
Perfect for beginners, seniors and individuals who are on the healing path or just wanting a calm and relaxed practice.

Pilates
Pilates is a series of non-impact, non-aerobic, relaxing, gentle but effective exercises, stretches, and breathing techniques designed to strengthen abdominal, lower-back and pelvic muscles while improving flexibility and overall muscle tone. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pi-Yo
Enhance your mind body awareness and develop body control through Pi-Yo. The results are lean long flexible muscles, firmer abdominals, improved posture, increase energy level, and mind body connection. Due to the wide range of exercises and modifications, this format is suitable for all fitness levels.

Adult Yoga-All levels

This class is based on a Vinyasa Yoga style, allowing for the release of stress and tension of the day in a relaxing meditative flow. Participants will explore movement and breath through poses that emphasize stretching and alignment..

Private Yoga . . . $50/60 min session
Perfect for anyone wishing for more personalized attention or the beginner who wishes to gain more instruction before moving on to a group setting. Your instructor will provide a relaxed setting in which to explore proper body alignment and deep breathing exercises. This is the time to take your practice to the next level.
